My name is David Aldama, I grew up in Orange County. After high school, I obtained a degree in Self Development and Social Behavior while working as a framer for a builder part-time. I started HVAC installations for a small company shortly after. In 2015 I became a certified Home Inspector to further my knowledge about home structure and components. In 2020 I moved my family from Huntington Beach to Running Springs, California and decided to start an HVAC company after 15+ years of being in the industry. I enjoy fishing, hiking, coffee, and spending time with my wife and 4 children. I look forward to seeing my children grow up on the mountain and plan to keep investing in our community for a long time.
Jack Wootten
My name is Jack Wootten. I grew up on the mountain in Twin Peaks, California. Some of my favorite activities and hobbies are playing basketball, working on, and driving my car. I also enjoy hanging out with friends and family. Working with Higher Ground Heating and Air conditioning is very enjoyable, installing equipment knowing that my neighbors will enjoy it for a very long time. I am excited about my future with Higher Ground Heating and Air Conditioning because it aligns with my goals to live on the mountain and raise a family here one day.
Noah Mendis
My name is Noah Mendis, I have lived on the mountain since I was three years old. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My hobbies include skateboarding, hiking, playing basketball, and learning more about my craft. Higher Ground Heating and Air Conditioning introduced me to my career in the HVAC industry and couldn't be going any better. We have an incredible work environment that pushes us to do the best work possible. David is an amazing teacher that takes the time to make sure our jobs are completed correctly each time. Understanding the importance of our trade is critical; I learn more and more each day. My favorite part of my job is doing work that I am truly proud of for my community.
Jaime Torres
Hello, My name is Jaime Torres, I have been in the mechanical trade for 15 years. I started as an aviation mechanic in the United States Marine Corps, and moved on to Heavy industrial, and later residential HVAC. I hold a bachelor's degree in Applied Management and a Masters' Degree in Leadership. On my day-to-day, I communicate with clients to identify the best options for them. My favorite part of working with Higher Ground Heating and Air Conditioning is that I get to work with my friends for a good cause by helping anyone needing Heating and Air Conditioning.
